Hotel

The 2024 conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, Saturday, October 12 (Preconference) - Wednesday, October 16 (ending at noon). The group rate is $219.00 for single occupancy, subject to resduced daily resort fee (below), and applicable state and local taxes.

The group rate has closed at the Sheraton. If you are in need of a hotel reservation, please contact the AUCCCD Office - [email protected].

Resort Fee: Reduced resort fee of $10.00 (normally $29.00), which includes: 

• Unlimited internet access in guest room and lobby areas
• Access to Aji Spa Fitness - Work Out Room
• 2 Daily Complimentary bottled waters (in room)
• Shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Whirlwind Golf Club & Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino
• Tennis court and full tennis equipment rental (subject to availability)
• Access to all scheduled cultural activities (seasonal)

 A one-time porterage charge of $5.00/room for luggage handling / or any form of transportation to/from the lobby and a room attendant one-time charge of $10.00/room will be assessed for all guestrooms.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Please note that a one-night room and tax cancellation fee applies if a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before arrival.  Should a guest depart sooner than the date confirmed at check-in, an early departure fee of $175 plus tax will be applied.

Onsite Parking

Valet services and self-parking are available for short-term or overnight with unlimited in and out privileges. Short term valet parking and Day use valet parking is complimentary until 11:00pm. There is a $30.00 fee for overnight valet parking.

Business Center

The Business Center is located within the Conference Center. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 pm; Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Local Area Shuttle

With regular shuttle services, Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass offers guests hassle-free access to all of Wild Horse Pass’s activities and amenities, including the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park, and Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass with its abundant nightlife and entertainment options.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service.

Directions to Resort

From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:

Follow Airport Exit signs towards AZ- 143 S. Merge onto I-10 E via exit 1A toward Tucson. Continue on I-10 east approximately 9.3 miles to Exit 162 – Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 500 yards to the property drive entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is approximately 2 miles to the Resort entrance.

From North:
Take Interstate 17 South to Interstate 10 East toward Tucson. Continue on I-10 East to exit 162 – Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 500 yards to the property entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is
approximately 2 miles. 

From South, (Tucson):
Take Interstate 10 West, toward Phoenix. Continue on I-10 west past Queen Creek exit. Follow to next exit, exit 162, Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn left onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 1 mile to the property entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is approximately 2 miles.

From East:
Take U.S. 60 West to Interstate 10 East towards Tucson. Follow I-10 East to exit 162 – Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 500 yards to the property entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is approximately 2 miles.

OR

Take U.S. 202 West to Interstate 10 East towards Tucson. Follow I-10 East to exit 162 – Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 500 yards to the property entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is approximately 2 miles.

From West:
Take Interstate 10 East toward Tucson. Continue on I-10 East to exit 162 – Wild Horse Pass Boulevard. At the stoplight, turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Boulevard and follow approximately 500 yards to the property entrance. Once through, the Resort’s main entrance is approximately 2 miles.
