2024 Conference | Exhibit Hall

AUCCCD is the only organization which brings together over 500 University Counseling Center Directors from across the U.S. and several countries each year. This event promises to be jam-packed with lots of sessions, interaction and engagement. The 2024 Conference will be held October 12 - 16 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, AZ.

Spaces are limited. Please contact the AUCCCD Office if you would like to register for an exhibit table. 

Please refer to the shipping form, linked below, for exhibit hall shipments to the hotel. We recommend having items shipped to arrive by October 10. 

If you are shipping a conference bag handout, please address this separately from your exhibit materials, to the Conference Office, attn: Corinne Earle.

Set Up: 10:00 AM – 6:00 pm
Optional - you may also choose to set up Sunday morning.

*Please note that our schedule has changed this year, and our first official programming will not begin until 10:30 AM.

Lunch (group is on their own): 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
